State attorneys in Florida say they will seek the death penalty for a woman accused of dressing like a clown to commit murder 27 years ago. 54-year-old Sheila Keen Warren is charged with killing 40-year-old Marlene Warren in 1990. Cops say Marlene was married to Sheila's now-husband. Investigators say Sheila dressed like a clown, went to the victim's house with balloons, and shot her in the face.
